Alright, I just reinstalled the new version of the script b/c I seriously fail at upgrading. Anyway, I can't figure out how to access the admin panel. I go to admin.php and it just says access denied. :X

Help? xD

Did you log in first with the username / password you created during installation? You need to log in first. :)

Log into as in the usernam of the site?

Log in to the admin account you created when you ran the site installer. Then try visiting the Admin CP again and it should work. :)
