Dunno how to make my own site. (not sure if this is the right place)

I got told that Rusnakweb.com was a good place to make my own website but I am unsure how to. If someone could enlighten me I would be bery grateful. ;)

What you mean with making your own website?
If you don't know anything about FTP, chmod and that kind of stuff i suggest you to make website on myadopts.com
