Club/Guild System.

Im working on a club/guild system, im timing myself after this post, i will make it within 1 hour :-) - here are the features it will have.
- auto installer.
- admins can delete clubs/guilds
- users can join or create a club/guild
- users can post messages in a chat system
- club/guild creaters can delete messages.
- club/guild user admins can add/edit/delete club pages. (only text allowed no html - sorry hackers :-P )

I think that is it for now - well let me get started.... im going to really time myself on this to do it within 1 hour
