MyBB forum integration

Is there anyway to bridge/integrate MyBB with this script so users only have to have one account and not two seperate ones?

I can't access my Ubuntu account so I won't be able to help you much. There was a Mod for an old versions of MyBB and Adoptables. ( http://www.rusnakweb.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=1001 ) But I'm not fully sure what it is, never tried it. Sorry.
