It's strange, but I've got quite a few problems with the themes.
My site: http://dreamersend.tzechean.com/index.php
Firstly, there's a drop down list of about 5 links of which are all called "Default". All display the same bland, basic page with the exception of the very last "default".
At this particular theme, there is a double repeat of the top links (you can see this in the link I posted).
Finally, which files should I be tinkering with to edit the templates to my liking?
Thanks so much for reading through, and I appreciate all the help I can get!

umm can you show me a screenshot if your phpmyadmin page? Its highly possible that you have lots of entries in your table prefix_links(adopts_links if your prefix is adopts). Remove them manually from phpmyadmin should fix this problem for you.

I've just installed the script; I forgot to mention that ^^

^.^ He needs a screenshot of the links table, not all the tables. Click on the adopts_links and take another screenshot.
Also, have put the theme back at the first default? I think the theme installer doesn't work well, so it may be better to just edit one of the already 'default' themes. Also, which version are you using?

Ah! I see what you mean by the multiple links. I'll have the duplicates manually deleted. Thanks :)
I'm using the 1.11 version, and I've reverted to the first "default". The main problem I have with the defaults, is that there are 4 folders, 3 of which display the same template. I've turned it back to the original theme so you can see what I mean.
The folders I have under templates are the following:
/Buttons
/Default
/Icons
/Simple
... index

/Simple and /Default are the templates. Icons and Buttons are image directories, or at least they should be.
My suggestion, would be to make a duplicate of one of the default themes on your computer, then edit it and upload it, but with all the same names. It's the easiest in my opinion and if something goes wrong you can just upload the default without having to worry about links and such.
As for the default one your using, it's an old one and may no longer be supported, I'm not sure. If you know how, edit the CSS and such to get the template you want. The whole theme structure needs to be looked at, and we may do something about it for the next release... >.>

Ah! Now that I've moved the site into its down domain, it seems to be working perfectly! I'm guessing it's something to do with it being in a subdomain, perhaps?
In any case, thank you very much for helping me and guiding me into that direction :) Can't wait to play about with the site!
Man. You guys need a  emote ;)
