Well this is not planned either, but I decide to release Mys v1.1.2 to fix a problem with the trade script raised by Roconza. As you may be wondering, the trade and cash system do not seem to work together, which means that you cannot transfer money to your friend through a trade. Mys v1.1.2 fixes this problem for you and you can even define trade cost and trade tax through the usage of phpmyadmin. The download link can be found here:

So in V.1.1.2 all that's changed is the trade/cash script? o.O

Well yeah, this is still BMR's trade script but with cash integration. In Mysidia Adoptables v1.2.x series, we will be using Kaeliah's, which enables multi-adoptables trading and admin control over transactions.

How should I add this if I made changes to my site?

Well all you have to do is to backup your database and then remove your site and database from your hosting account. Install Mys v1.1.2 as a fresh installation, and import your old database afterwards. The very last thing to do is to run two sql queries, which I shall explain when you get there.

So in other words I have to remove my site and reinstall all the add-ons and modifications from scratch :/

Oh sorry, you dont have to. Just upload all script files within Mysidia Adoptables v1.1.2 to your root domain to replace old files. The database structure is not changed, but you will need to insert two new rows to prefix_settings table. I will show you what to do when you get there.

Um sadly it's to late I kinda reinstalled my whole site but I made back ups of all my files! I didn't back up the database because I didn't like the prfix I had on there so the whole database is fresh. I didn't have a lot of users any way.

Now what do I do?

umm you reinstalled the entire script? I see, did you run the installer? There's no need for you to use phpmyadmin to execute sql queries if you install the script from scratch.

Ah but I have 11$ and tried to trade for $1 ( and no I didn't add the $) and it says I don't have enough. Yet the trade fee is set to 0 do I have to have a trading fee set?

You do not have enough dollar to cover the cost of making this trade offer.

umm did you completely reinstall your script by running the installer? Look for the following two rows in your prefix_settings table and tell me if they exist:

umm weird, this shouldnt really be a problem. Maybe $1 is too small an amount to be recognized? Have you tried $10 or maybe $50?

Here a screen shot of my trade page.

umm looks like the problem is that you did not update all script files(trade.php and inc/function.php are most crucial in this release). Take a look at the screenshot from my dev site, notice the difference?

Yes I know what I did wrong. I tried to add on to it but messed up the script. I re uploaded and fixed it.

Thank you for all your help and the trade code fix. :3

Glad it helped, have fun building an adoptable site of your own Roconza. ^^

I updated to this and now I have triple the top menu bar?
http://www.neon.planetkalzy.com/index.php

Then when I go to the list of pages it dosen't have the added pages.

I also found a glitch were I did a mass hard delete of an adoptable. I has one in the Abandoned Pets, and its still there as a broken image, but you can still adopt it, level, rename,freeze and abandon and everything to it. I'm not sure what to do about that. ^_^;

Check your phpMyAdmin table 'prefix_links' and delete any duplicates if you find them. If this isn't the problem, let me know.

This is due to the inefficient Pound script. This script will be replaced in the next major release. If you want to delete any pound adoptables, go into the table and delete them manually. The new pound script will not have this issue.

They didn't show up there the first time I looked but they were all there now so I deleted them.

I guess I will refrain from adding new features until the new update then. Its kind of odd That I have to delete the whole site to update. ^_^

Anyway- thanks for the help! =3

Not in the next release, but probably in the one after there will be a way to simply update the site instead of deleting and reinstalling. :P We are newer and not as savvy with this stuff yet so we need some more patience. ^.^ The next release will be good one though.

Sorry about that AlkeeyaKC, there's no upgrader between versions at this moment(will most likely to be added after v1.2.0). You may end up with glitches if you upgrade by simply replacing old files with new files and then run installer script.

Oh actually there's an easy way to upgrade. XD All you have to do is to replace your old script files with new ones and then manually add two new rows in phpmyadmin. I will explain this further later today. ^^

OK that will be good to have an easy update! I can not wait to see all the new features 1.2.0 will have.

Will it have a way to set how much money it takes to buy an adoptable? Maybe I am missing that. But its something I would like to have.

There will be a lot of new mods. If I get the Admin Panel Overhaul done before the release that might be added as well... This hasn't been discussed yet though. XD

Well actually you can pretty much add an adoptable shop mod to your site, this should be a very efficient way to set prices you charge for each adoptable.

OH ok. =3 I really need to go threw all the mods and see what I need. XP;
