Error on 000webhost

I keep getting this error when I go to my site to try and install the script.

What am I doing wrong? I have all the files in the public_html folder, and I have set the chmod on the gif, png, img, and config.pfp to 777.

hi you need to to run the installer www.domainurl.com/install/
Then fill in all the info and it will install the script for you
