If someone did ignore you, and it's not normal for them to, it'd probably be because of they are on vacation/away, having personal issues, busy etc. But if they didn't talk to you much to start with, that's just normal for them :)

Well a staff will notice you if you did something wrong, threads like this is not needed. There can be many reasons when people do not reply to your message in time.
