I'll give you same offer as I do with everyone else, I was able to help pokepets with his sql errors. as you can see his site is running fine, http://pokepets.99webs.info/index.php and is using a free sub domain hosted with us. We have a free package specifically designed for sites under construction and you can try us risk free.
You won't get this kind of support with free hosts such as 000webs and you won't get a better bargain than 1.99$ when your ready for launch and your site requires resources. As with most hosts you are required to pay for a year in advance or 7.99 a month and they claim to offer unlimited space (not possible) which you won't need. Our 5 admins support 200 scripts and this one happens to be featured.
Our site is http://99webs.info/order/ and be sure to select what type of domain you want at top before hitting order, either sub or your own domain. create your account and skip the paypal step(all packages are free if your 'constructing' and we will validate you and then you can get into cpanel. request an install if you want, it'll be free. Also provided free is support, and in our spare time we help build sites as you can see with this one http://chaoisland.netne.net/ ( in process of moving).
Thanks for reading and I hope we can accommodate you on your site endeavors, Good Luck!
still reading? well more about us: we are new hosting company, we have a dedicated server aimed at small sites for shared hosting. Goal is to get many people into creating sites as we have fantastico, softalocous (both one click script install softwares) and site builders. Our server is fully ready and currently handling sites just our main site is still under construction.

Judging from the error you got, I'm pretty sure you forgot to specify a password for the database.

Something is wrong with your config.php file, the database info may not be correct or it may not even exist.

The site does not require a prefix, you can leave it blank when installing the script. A prefix helps the database become organized.
