Letting admins see certain content on a page?

I just needed a little scripting help.

What is the php code for changing the varibles "articlecontent" and "articletitle" for only when admins are veiwing a page?

$admin = true; I'm pretty sure it's that, I was messing around with it on a new page, and it changed the links on my navigation bar to the links you see when you are an admin. :)
