Is a chatroom needed for Mysidia Adoptables?

Well I was wondering if I should add a chatroom for this place. It is definitely not active enough to have many users online at the same time to make a vivid chatroom, but at times it may be easier to contact someone and ask him/her questions in the chatroom. Once this place expands, we may have a support team in which a support staff shows up in the chatroom to answer newbie's urgent questions. I may be offering PHP online lessons when I have time, too.

I don't think it would hurt to add it though. if it gets used great if not well atleast its there.
