No it's a 3D render using Daz Studio. My drawings aren't that good yet. I use Daz for all my character refeeences though.

LOVE the everyday outfit! I'd love that for myself =) Tried to go to the daz website but it won't load :/

It's not bad once you get used to it. The software is free, but a lot of the models and such aren't. There's a whole section of their forum dedicated to free stuff though...
