Hi, I am also very new (hello!!:meow:) but I think to download you go here (http://www.mysidiaadoptables.com/downloads.html) and pick the script you want to use (I recommend the most recent one).
After that I think you should use something like FileZilla found here (http://filezilla-project.org/) and upload the script to your website.
