My admin page isnt working

I keep getting problem loading page when I try to access my Click sites admin page. I copied it exactly off of the page after I installed my site

Chances are your script path is wrong. Can you access your site at all? If yes, just change index.php to admin.php and it should direct you to ACP.

The page comes up now, but it wont let me log in, I put in my info and all it does is refresh
