Adoptable genders

My adoptables have set genders for specific species, is there a way to set one adoptable as a specific gender only? For example here's my site: http://tirnanog.x10.mx/index.php

On the adoptables page I have mares and stallions, but right now they're showing up as random genders (like my first pet was a male mare(female horse)

it would require mysql table altering, and php modding, but its not that hard to do, maybe post it in the feature request forums so it can be added in a new version.

Do you know how to do it? I cant really open my adoptable site fully b/c the main pets have gendered lines until I get it fixed.
