Item Promocode

Hey where do you put in the item promocode that you make? It won't work on the adopt promo code :/

What do you mean by this? You create item promocode in a similar way as adoptables promocode by using admin control panel, just select 'item' as promocode type instead of 'adopts'.

I think she means where is the place to submit the item code - like the promo page.

I imagine it is suppose to go into the promo page, but if it isn't working, then it's a bug.

Yeah I think it is, now my animal promo's aren't working... What should I do? :3

Did you edit the page at all? I haven't tried doing promos yet, so I don't know if mine works or not.

It says that:

Congrats, your code entered matches our database information. Now processing your codes for validation.

Congrats, you have acquired the adoptable Grey Wolf by entering promocode.

But when I go to my pets, it doesn't show up

umm were you creating promocode for a specific user? In other words, did you enter the field 'user' for the very promocode? If you leave the field 'user' blank it can be a problem. For now only private promocode works, although you can make some minor edits to get public promocode to work.

This thread tells you how to get public promocode to work. I will make sure the next release allows public promocode too.
