depends if you want version 1.3.1 or version 1.3.2

i can only host the 1.3.1 version :D (as i got no php 5.3.9 installed and i stay at 5.2.8 )

also are you looking for free or for paid hosts ??

If you can pay for a sharedhost, many do provide php 5.3 to be compatible with Mys1.3.2. You may try out 000webhost, it seems to have enabled php 5.3 nowadays. May not be default version though, you have to contact them to make sure you are running the script on php 5.3.
