Hey guys, I'm trying to make a Savannah/grassland based theme for my site. So, basically, I'd like some tips on what I should do to make it visually appealing and effective :)

Obviously the colors are going to be tans and golds and browns...but what do you guys think?

Thanks,
Abron

Try looking for existing themes for inspiration (it's what I'm doing for CH's new theme).
Here are some that may help inspire:

Also these color themes may help as well:

Then while you work on the theme, be sure to log all resources so that you can credit the creators. ;3

Hope the inspiration helps.

Dribbble (http://dribbble.com/) is an extremely good source of inspiration for me.
