No matter what I do, it won't install. I have followed the x10Webhosting (or whatever its called) tutorial in the tutorial forum. Doesn't work for me!

When someone has the time, can I use join.me to let you show me how to install it? (I could give you control)

So yeah... I fail. .-.

Well what errors do you get? The script may not be working for you for many reasons.

Did you actually create a database from your host's cpanel? If not, you need to do this before actually attempting to install the site. There's also a chance that you've provided the incorrect credentials for database, keep in mind that a database user/password is not the same as an admin's user/password. The former must be created prior to installation, while the latter can be configured during the installation process.

Oh my Notch, I love you! I didn't realize the database had a different password! Thanks!

I have the same problem but I can't fix it <.< It just doesn't work; I put the right password (because I changed it) and it still doesn't work; I have database created and I have PDO (I think...) So now what? I'm not on x10hostings because I cannot register there <.<

Edit: Solved; instead of localhost i just pasted mysql host that was written in control panel...

Yeah this can be a problem for some users. Note that your dbhost may or may not be localhost, although in most cases it is.
