I joined 2 minutes ago and attempted to set up a site using 000webhost http://www.thelostislandadopts.webege.com/

I'm not sure how I get the PHP scripts on to the pages. I want to start making adoptables but I'm really frustrated that I can't figure out how to make it work.
Please help! I have a mysql base on 000webhost but I'm not sure what to do with it.

I used my adopts so coding and everything is very new to me.

Well you will need to download the script and then upload it to your server, run the installer and configure it to your need.

I got up to the config.php part but I seem to not have config.php

You need to rename config_adopts.php to config.php manually, this is because users upgrading from old scripts may easily make mistakes to overwrite their config.php files.

Ok now I'm at the install/index.php part. when I type that in, I get 404 not found.

Hey there violetstar. Check my signature as my site can help get you set up and started for free just like myadopts did.

@HOF If you don't mind you can send new users over to me. And I can take care of their site set up. I am trying to start up a forum of webmasters and web developers, so that we can offer a free service and great community like myadopts. It just won't be as automated and it will be for many sites not just adopts.

That is something we need to work on. But basically just post at 99webs that you want a mysidia adopt site set up and give us the name of it and we should be able to take care of the rest.
