This updated theme was originally designed by Inf3rno, and I do not take credits for editing his themes. This one is supposed to work with Mys v1.3.4, and I've tested it to work with fresh installation properly. If you have heavily modified Mys v1.3.4, it should still work so long as you have yet to edit the class_frame.php and class_links.php files.

The original thread for Midnight Rain can be found here:

To install this theme, you need to upload the two folders(classes and templates) in the package to your adoptables site(just overwrite the old folders, as your ftp is smart enough to add/replace files for you). If you are cautious, you may upload the files inside the two folders one by one. Its your call. I assume all of you know how to upload files so I wont explain much here.

Next go to admincp and install the theme. Its very easy to accomplish, as you can leave the header, body and style part all blank(the theme already comes with such template code). Simply enter the theme name and folder, then click on the checkbox 'The style has been uploaded to the site, and is pending for installation' at the very bottom of the theme creation form. Finally click the submit button, mission complete! Below is a screenshot of what your form should look like before submitting it. Be careful though, a typo may mess it up badly.

Now all you have to do is to go to /changestyle.php and set your personal style to Midnight Rain and everything should work nicely. If you wish to set it to be your default style for guests/new users, you can also do this in ACP. Just edit site global settings to achieve this task.

Note its recommended that you make some modifications to your sidebar link text, since by default they are too long to fit in the topbar. You may also try to limit the number of links on topbar/sidebar to be around 4-6, if you want your site to look neat.

Here's a screenshot of the style on my demo site, yours may look slightly different but it should work just as fine:

Sweet! Thanks for doing this!

I'll continue building off of this revision and see if I can release an update.

I'm not sure about how to upload this. So where do I go to? I get the part where you upload it and after that.

You need to access your site files via an FTP.
