Hunger and happiness levels?

Does anyone know if this already exists or how I would go about coding this?

umm this does not exist yet, and if you want hunger and happiness to change with time you may have to set up cronjobs. It can be done, but may be a bit tricky for beginners. I can give you some hints on how to achieve it though.
