A problem with my site?

As you can see, there's a problem, I'm not sure what it is or what made it happen, so I need a little help.

Have you deleted/moved/renamed any files (specifically template.tpl), or have you recently tried to install a new theme/remove a theme/etc?

I have not done anything with the files and themes.

It means that your site default theme does not exist, or that its template.tpl file is nowhere to be found.

Edit: I fixed it for you, it seems that your site default theme is 'Main', and it should be 'main' instead. The theme name is case sensitive so it cannot find your default theme named 'Main'. Apparently you have edited this value from admin control panel, since I am 100% sure the default theme is 'main' to begin with.
