Alternatively, you may PM her, although some people prefer helping others through threads rather than PMs. I think Kyttias has been busy though, its near the end of school term. But still, if she has some time to spare, she will look into this.

I've seen a thread that someone else made, and it's the same problem.

I have tried emptying the compile and checked that the files are tpl.

Did you unzip the file, and what was the exact name of the folder?

You say you deleted them...so did you revert to the main theme before you deleted the folder and file?

Umm, no I don't think I unzipped the file...

The folder I think was called something like: bootstrap_byKyttias.zip

I deleted the zip file and the theme was set to green. One of my users said that the site worked fine for them...

Ah, well, in the future (should you want to use bootstrap- it's an excellent theme!) you'll need to unzip the file :) Since I have the free time right now I made a quick video to explain how to do it! I know my voice is obnoxious and all, haha. Easier to talk to explain it, though.
