Gender restrictive species?

I'm wondering if there's an easy way to make a species be generated with only one gender? Has anyone done this yet?

Well it can easily be done by my gender ratio mod. For all-female species, enter the number 100, and it will give 100% female(0% male). For all-male species, enter number 0, and it will give 0% female(100% male).
