How to get rid of 'clicking limit?'

I'd like to get rid of the thing that makes it to where you can only click so many adopts a day.. but how?

In AdminCP > Adopts Levels > Level Settings > "Maximum Number of adoptables allowed for daily clicks". Beneath it explains: The above field determines how many adoptables a member can click on a given day, this can be used to restrict how much money they can earn through click-spamming.
