Paper Doll Style Avatar Maker

I know it's possible and likely akin to the request for layered images, but thought it would be worth specifying as using for players to dress up a paper doll style avatar and use part of that paper doll as their icon. I've seen this on I wanna say Subeta?

I will say, I have no idea how involved this process would be what have you, but it is something our future non-Mysidia site would have, but would love to see it available for others as well.

I know how to script this on a procedural level, but I have no clue how to do it OOP or I would make an addon for it.
