Error 404 Not Found

When attempting to install, I encounter this:

Not Found

The requested URL /install/index.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I've tried changing the permissions like said in the tutorial, I've changed the config_adopts.php to config.php, but I keep getting this error. Please help!

Most likely you did not upload .htaccess to your server, check if this file exists in public_html of your server through ftp or file manager in CPanel, upload .htaccess if its not there.

I looked through, and I do have it.

Well what is your web hosting service provider?

I fixed it, I wasn't using the correct web address. Thanks for the help though!
