Try uploading the .zip file (the zippped folder you downloaded) then your CP should have an "unpack" option. Then update the inc/config.php file with the correct info. Try that, then let's see how it goes.

OR, you could use an FTP program that would do the same exact thing.

ALSO: Make sure you read the instructions in the post Brandon made where you downloaded the EasyAdoptables zipped file :)
