Failed to create forum account :/

When new user register a message failed to create forum account occurs and for your kind information i have already deleted all my user but i am only left and my uid is no 1 and whenever 2nd user register the uid no directly goes to 29 instead of 2

Did you already have users besides yourself when you first installed the forum?

I just freshly installed again and same message it sucks so much

If you deleted all of the users then you need to go into phpMyAdmin and go to operations, then reset the auto increment to 1 instead of 29 for the table for forum users.
