What exactly are you allowed to do with Mysidia in terms of monetization? Are you able to, say, sell limited pets to people, or do you have to raise money for hosting/etc in other ways like ads, paid ad-free subscriptions, or what?

This isn't really listed anywhere, and I was wondering. Apologies if this isn't the right place for this, I didn't see a place that would fit better.

Commercial use of the product on your server is OK, while the script may not be redistributed in whole or as part of another script.

So selling limited pets, custom pets, etc, is fine. You're just not allowed to sell the script itself or scripts derived from it.
