All I get is a blank page and I don't how to add a theme or add pages.

Also if I get a reply please don't say to use x10hosting I am having more troubles with that one then I am with 000webhosting. I just need to know why my index is blank.

It could be related to the server running PHP 7. Try and see if it can run 5.4 instead.

That was my problem I had already changed it and its working fine. Thank you tho for posting ^-^
