Admin login issue

Everytime I try to log in to the admin panel it says

You do not have permission to access Admin Control Panel.

What's the issue with this? I'm having to run Mys 1.3.2 because nothing else will work with my host.

This error somehow fixed itself. But like I messaged you HOF was hoping you had a copy of Mys v1.1? :)
