Creating user avatar on sidebar?

Just like the title says. I was hoping to get help on how I would add a user's avatar to the side bar with the currency and all. I found a tutorial but I believe it was an old version of Mysidia. Thanks!

i haven't used it but one member confirmed it also works with Mys v1.3.4.
