Does the one of your usenrames contain special characters like ' and ''? The script may have trouble identifying the usernames in this case, its recommended not to use such special characters in username. Otherwise, the issue may be related to the user ID that you changed earlier.

Turns out I had an outdated page that had old links to certain site staff messages that she was using...-face palm- so I have updated those now haha.
