Having an error with Admin CP

Can anyone help me figure out what in the world went wrong with my Admin CP link in the sidebar? It says:

The file config.php cannot be found. If this is a new installation, please rename config_adopts.php to config.php and try again.

and I have messed with sidebar coding and stuff but nothing else. My config files are fine I'm pretty sure. I have no idea. :/

This is weird, maybe the path is misconfigured so it is searching the file from another directory instead of /inc/config.php. Do you still experience this issue right now? Or its already fixed?

Somehow my admincp file was missing and I added it back haha. All good now.
