Level Issue

This monster is NOT at its max level but it wont level any more... Any idea why?

Total clicks on SquallLeonheart: 17
Clicks needed until LevelUP SquallLeonheart: 0

this happens all the time, not sure why, though one idea is that when it reaches the end of the evolution chain it stops leveling up, or one time i heard someone say that there is a bug in the coding making it stop after level two
