pets available at certain time

i have some questions about the pet available on certain time..

1. when i put the "date" is it mean that my pet will be available on that day? or it will be not available on that day?

2. how can i remove an adoptable on the list of available pets for adoption, but everyone who adopted it will not loose it?

3. how can i change the previos image of the pet?
because when i click edit, and try to change the image, only one photo is available to change it..

when i try the "date" one,
i tot it will be available already for others to adopt it. and the date i posted is the expiration. meaning, it will be removed automatically on the adopt page, but everyone who adopted it can keep it.

but it didnt shown on the adopt page.
so i change the date, i enter the present date, and it is shown.

how can i set date for the pet, so it will be removed automatically but everyone who adopted it can keep it, and will not loose it?

Well, I can at least answer number two.
2. You go to edit level/adoptable (or whatever it's name is) and then press the egg level. Scroll down to the delete part and choose soft delete. That will make that adoptable unavailable to adopt, but those who have already will keep theirs.

For #1, the date entered is the date that the pet will be available for adoption. It will ONLY be able to be adopted on that date. Once the date is set, you can go to the adoptables management page, click the edit button for the egg image of that adoptable, scroll down to the conditions area, then follow the instructions to set a new date.

For #3, you can only change the adoptable image to something that is hosted on the server. Upload a new image on the Change Adoptables page and then you can select the new image on the edit screen.

the promo code that i post when the player reach the level..

i make a testing adoptable with promo code attached on it.. so when it level up, i can get the promo code..

but no promo code was shown.

where can i find the promo code??

The promo code will appear in the message center as a new message. :)

If the user has their account set where they get an email when they receive a new PM then they should also get an email stating they got a new message. :)

so if someone leak the promo-code, can i put requirements to get the pet?

like the user should have level 10 pets.. for example..

another question,

if i stop adding images and level on level 10, with 100 clicks..

will the pet can still get clicks, even it will not level up?
and will it change the image to the red x??

Currently you can either have the promo code or requirements, but not both. Maybe for future releases I will make it where both can be selected.

If the adoptable is at the max level it will keep getting clicks. It will not change to the red x image, it will just stay at the max level image. :)

I just found an answer i was looking for :)

Promos by definition are ment to be "rare" , so really we need it so that a member can only adopt 1 each...

I found out yesterday that members can currently adopt as many as they like, even though i set the max a member can have as being 1...

Also, is it possible to "destroy" a promo code once its been used and then have it automatically generate a random new one ?? , this would stop the same promo code from being passed around and used by everyone..

A random promo code system will probably come in a future release.

Where did you set the max that a member can have as being 1? The current release doesn't allow you to specify conditions for promo code adoptables.
