Sidebar help

Hey, I was wondering if it was possible to change the side bar links to the center, and also if I could add bullet points to them

You just have to go to the template & change it there.. it is html at the point so is pretty easy to do.

That hardly helps me. All it has is :sidebar: and I can't find where that comes from.
