The system is manual - Trialpay pays Brandon, and then he makes your account premium, there can be ways he might know who has earnt a premium account, such as if you have the same email address as your trial pay here on rusnakweb, it would be easier for Brandon to make you premium, because he knows both match, and therefore gives you the premium.

I recon you should ask Brandon about it, and give him evidence of which can be prooved that you have paid by Trialpay, in some cases, he may need to know what you want to be premium for.

Actually the TrialPay system is supposed to be automatic. It may just be that the merchant never confirmed your order yet. I had someone who had to wait 3 days for the merchant to confirm the order before TrialPay sent me any form of verification / payment.

Did you receive an order / confirmation number from TrialPay? What was the confirmation time listed on the offer you selected? Was it an instant one or one that took a few days?

If you have a TrialPay order number / confirmation email please send that to me so I can investigate the issue and upgrade your account if all checks out. It could be a simple failed automatic notification, but it could also be that the merchant never confirmed your offer completion with TrialPay.

few days, 1-5, but its been more then 5 days.
Also, I go and wipe out all my spam every day, without looking, it think the trialpay thing was in it :( I'll go ask my mom for some money.

oops - well I was thinking of the paypal system - nevermind, but like I said, contact Brandon with the nessisary information as he has mentioned, and all should be fine :)

Well, if TrialPay is not honoring its offers I need to know so I can drop them as a payment option. If you could maybe check your webmail (if you use a program like outlook express for mail) it may still be in the spam folder online.

I haven't received anything from TrialPay though regarding an offer completed by you. Did you complete the offer fully?

I think so, I finiished the offer, I click see my stats, it said It made it, I don't know whats wrong

Maybe email that info to TrialPay and see if they can verify that the order was complete. Maybe they can get the process moving or check that the merchant submitted confirmation as they should.
