Well I'm trying to instal the script right now and I'm not really sure whats going on. I CHMODed the files that were listed in the "readme" to 777 as i was instructed. Yet on my site I'm getting this:

FAIL: Your inc/config.php file is not writable. Please CHMOD config.php so that it is writable.

WARNING: Your picuploads/gif directory is not writable. Please CHMOD the directory so that it is writable if you wish to be able to upload images from your ACP.

WARNING: Your picuploads/jpg directory is not writable. Please CHMOD the directory so that it is writable if you wish to be able to upload images from your ACP.

PASS: Your server supports the GD image libraries and can handle fancy signature images..

yeah..and another question are we supposted to keep them in folders or not?... I'm confused at this point..

You keep all the files in the folders where they were. A common thing people do wrong is that they take the contents of the install folder and move them somewhere else. That's wrong.

When you go to install the script you should have /install/index.php in your browser address bar. Please post a link to your installer so I can check you have placed it correctly. :)
