Error on Adopt and Promo

Adopting any adoptable on the old adopt screen (not the marketplace) gives you error.

Hi, adopting any animal (with conditions or not) gives me an error that the action could not be done. It also looks like I can not even enter the promo code page.

What I am doing to create adoptable:

There isn't any nasty error code, but just that. Keep in mind I am not using the market place but the older method of adopting where it shows all the free adopts not in a store.
