.htacess Missing

After installing the latest version of Mysidia, I noticed that the .htaccess file was missing for the mod-rewrites. Looking through the site, I was unable to located a forum posted copy of the file. Does anyone happen to have a copy that they can share?

I am sorry but this is not a bug, clearly it has something to do with your webhost or your ftp client, and almost no one else has the same problem.
