Hall of Famer

My apologies for not being very active. Life has really taken a turn for the worse, but I promise to try harder. I've finished a basic outline of the Newcome Center rules, all of which can also be used for general forum rules. I've put it into four different languages - English, Spanish, Dutch, and French.

Yeah, I was like, o_o oh no! Haha. When I finally got it to work 000Webhost went down. Ugh. So I may get to work on it tomorrow, hopefully. ^^

His name is Chris and he is awesome. XD He may help out with coding stuffs. Like I designed my comic's layout and he hooked it all together. XD

As soon as it's finished. I think I have a little to go content building wise, and I want to work on my commissions and finish up as many as I can first.

There would only be one problem with that though- People could put inappropriate content on the site and you wouldn't know who put the content on the site. D:
