Umm this is weird, I believe the adoptables conditions work for me. Keep in mind that the adoptables number condition in your screenshot is applicable to all users. If you do not have five of this very species but other users do, it will not show up in adoption center either.

thank you. I will try giving myself 5 of them, and then try back. (to my knowledge there are no other users.) but i'll check on that as well.

EDIT: Before I went to add adopts I went to the existing adoptables page in the admin cp. The odd thing is that the adoptable is listed twice and I can't delete it. It says it was deleted and then it shows up again, allowing me to make anoter adoptable of the exact same name. It also won't allow me to remove conditions. this may be part of the reason it won't show up on the adoption page.
