Now, take your sites address, and add
'/templates/metamorph_tiger/metamorph_tiger.html' to the end of it, see if that works.

If not, make sure your html is spelled correctly, make sure your 'metalmorph_tiger' folder, is actually in the 'templates' folder, and not 'templates/default'
