I have been interested in this site, but have only now made an account.

I am an owner of an Adoptables website in construction since 2009.

I am hoping to learn more about this script to enhance my site.

seems to be hosted by v-adopts so i think it was already scripted. don't know if you can view source.

Yeah, its a free script so I have no power over it all that much. Took a lot of effort and some money to get it the way it is now :happycbig:

I'm looking forward to enhancing my site with the Mysidia Script though :smile:

Kawaii MiMi is still in Beta mode, and I have a community forums that allows my users to voice their opinions and help shape the site. I also have Paid artists and a small following.

I don't see any way you could use Myadoptables to "enhance" your website. I'm sure the two scripts don't work together for one, and secondly you can't use PHP script in v-pets. However, it could have easily been changed by the last time I saw, but yeah I don't think you'll get much from here. :P I use the Mysidia script, and it's to start a website from scratch basically. I'm sure even if v-pets allowed you to use PHP it would take quite a bit of an effort to mix the two scripts, you might as well have just coded whatever feature you wanted yourself.

I wasn't thinking about merging the scripts. Just starting my site anew using Mysidia, since the v-adopts script is giving me too many problems and doesn't really please me all that well. I thought it would Enhance the enjoy-ability of my site for my current user base. I know that the two scripts don't work and I basically want to ditch the V-Adopts. Also I have no idea how to code anything anyway.

Ah, well, you should be understand a little PHP in order to fully customize your website, however it's fine if you barely even know the basics. It's very simple to use and I hope you enjoy it :3 But yeah, you'll have to start everything over, and that might mean your players having to restart :u

Also v-pets and Mysida are kind of different. V-pets you can interact, sort of like Neopets, while Mysidia is like you click for them to grow and as of yet you can't really like buy stuff for your pet and feed it or play with it. Though I'm sure you can code it in :P
