RE: I don't see my pets...help

In the picuploads > gif and picuploads > jpg folders there should be a .htaccess file in each of those folders. Try deleting that file and let me know if that makes the images appear successfully. On a few hosts it seems that the .htaccess file causes 500 internal server errors when trying to view images, so you can delete it to solve the issue. The .htaccess file is simply an additional layer of security so removing it won't do any harm.

Thanks,
Brandon

No, it would be a one time thing. Removing the two .htaccess files will also make any images already uploaded work fine as well. :)

On some CPanel servers unfortunately the .htaccess file can be a hidden file. You can either enable viewing of hidden files in your FTP client (the procedure varies based on your FTP client) OR you can go into your CPanel and click on the Legacy File Manager and make sure the "Show Hidden Fildes (dotfiles)" option is selected in the pop-up and browse to the picuploads > gif and picuploads > jpg folders and simply delete the .htaccess files through the CPanel file manager. :)

Let me know if that helps at all. :)

Thanks,
Brandon

Ok, looking at things it appears that the image paths are incorrect. For instance, this image:

http://www.zombieadoptions.com/adopt/picuploads/jpg/74f38ec222ffaa323ea2091858f1d2ba.jpg

Returns a 404 Not Found error.

Double check your config.php file and make sure all the values are correct. For instance, I think your $script_path variable should be blank, not /adopt as it appears by your image URLs. :)
