PHP in editor?

When I'm using the editor for my page content, how or can I use php?

You can't.

What are you trying to do anyway?

I was trying to show the user's name on the index page. No biggie :)

Well if you're comfortable with editing the source, you can simply edit $article_content in index.php. Just change it to the content you want, just like in any other files.

But of course, this means that you can't use the page editor to edit the index page.

Yea I'm quite comfy doing that so that's probably what I'll do :) Thanks!

Well you wanna use PHP code in CKeditor? It is doable but will require lots of editing. Perhaps you can find something here:

But I wouldnt recommend this unless you know what you are doing, take care.
