... on the adoptable page make the name disappear except the img? And whenever I add new pet, it'll show up right next to the other egg? (example: http://arvyre.com/pets/adopt.html) Then make an area that says "Regular Adopts" and another place says "Limited Edition"? So it's very well organized just like valenth? Id like to do something like that!

Yes, but how do you make an extra space that says "Limited" and only the limited ones will go there and unlimited ones go on the regular space?

That would be complicated as you would have to modify the script to know the difference between standard and limited adoptables. :)

I saw that page on Arvyre. They didn't integrate with the script, they just made a regular HTML page manually and added their adoptable images with a link to adopt.php. :)

If you want it automated you would have to edit the adoptables script. Every time though Arvyre wants to add another pet they have to manually edit that page.
